A full week of tough training to change your life! This week long G.I. Jane boot camp runs from Friday to Friday and is a residential female-only course of high intensity physical training supported by an expert team of trainers serving in the British Armed Forces to help you achieve your goals. Included is shared accommodation meditation and massage sessions and all of your meals. You will take part in a range of activities from assault courses circuits netball and dance with guaranteed fun and laughter along the way. You WILL lose weight and inches on this intense week-long course. During your stay you will be provided with nutritionally balanced food to keep you fuelled and receive expert emotional support needed to tackle this inspiring yet tough week. G.I. Jane Boot Camp pledges that you will leave both physically and mentally stronger than when you arrived. You will push yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve and find this to be a challenging yet invigorating experience of a lifetime.

On your first day you will be required to arrive by 15.00 and after a short introduction by the camp manager and trainers be privately weighed and measured so you can measure your weight loss at the end of your stay. Then you will have a brief one to one meeting to discuss with the trainers what your goals are and what you hope to get out of the week. Afterwards there will be a short fitness test and when this is over you will enjoy a delicious calorie controlled dinner with your fellow boot campers. Then it’s off to bed ready to be woken nice and early to start your boot camp experience! A typical day would include rising at 05.30 for a fall in parade followed by circuit training and breakfast. Leading up to lunch you will take part in 4 hours of activities such as boxing running ‘Iron Soldier’ and Legs Bums & Tums. After lunch you will enjoy more activities like netball and assault courses and a 2 hour walk. In the evening dinner will be provided and a dance class or mid-week massage to wind down. You will welcome bed at 20.00 for a good night’s sleep before another full day of training. You will expect to push yourself however you will not be made to do anything that you are truly uncomfortable with. On the last night of boot camp there is a presentation of certificates. This is a chance to share your experiences with your fellow boot campers. On your final morning you will have your final weigh in and measuring. After breakfast it will be time to say your goodbyes and get ready to check out at approximately 10.00.
