Experience the true sense of the 1920s with a trip aboard the British Pullman. This sister to the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express is made up of eleven vintage carriages each uniquely decorated to represent the glamorous atmosphere of the 1920s. Dating back as far as 1925 each carriage has its own character and story to tell such as Audrey and Vera which both survived the bombings of World War II. You will dine in elegance as you take a seat to be served a gourmet brunch and a chilled bellini. Enjoy the scenic views as you travel up to the Kent Coast. Once at Folkestone you will have 1 hour 30 minutes to explore the town including the Leas – the Edwardian cliff-top promenade before boarding the British Pullman again. On your return journey back to London you can relax and enjoy sheer indulgence with an appetizing afternoon tea complete with a glass of sparkling British wine.

When you board the British Pullman you will take your seat in one of the wonderful nostalgic carriages where you will be served a gourmet brunch with a chilled bellini. The train will depart from London Victoria and you can take in the sights as you make your way along to the pleasant town of Folkestone. When you arrive at the Kent seaside town of Folkestone you will be able to explore for up to 90 minutes and see ‘The Leas’ before boarding the train again and making your way back to London. On the return journey you will enjoy a delicious afternoon tea and a glass of sparkling wine.
