On arrival at your chosen venue you will be greeted by a member of staff who will explain the extensive range of facilities and services available to you. At your allotted time you will receive your 55 minute treatment. You can choose from either a Swedish Full Body Massage Elemis Deep Tissue Massage or Bamboo Full Body Deep Tissue Massage. After your massage you will be free to enjoy any number of facilities in the fitness club for the rest of the day.
