On arrival at the Novelli Academy a converted 14th century farmhouse you will meet with the group and join Jean-Christophe Novelli himself for a day of demonstrations and tastings. You will watch Jean-Christophe Novelli the award winning chef as he demonstrates how to prepare gourmet dishes using the finest local produce and ingredients. He will reveal secrets behind the correct use of seasonings from fresh garlic to chocolate to name but a few.
