Spend two days immersed in everything to do with beer with the Diksmuide Belgium Beer Festival Getaway for Two. This exciting annual event will be held on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October 2014 to celebrate the successful hop harvest and has been held in Diksmuide for over 30 years. Included in this experience is a one night stay in a bread and breakfast in the seaside town of Ostend entrance to the Diksmuide Beer Festival and return coach and ferry trips. Where better to enjoy fine Belgian beer than in Belgium? You’ll make your way to the autumn festival from London and be transported to the festival for singing and dancing and of course lots of readily available beer. Indulge in the chocolates and waffles that Belgium is so well known for. You will have free time to explore the city of Bruges the following day before heading back to the UK.
You will get picked up around 06.00 by the coach on Saturday 18 in London and make your way to Dover to catch the ferry to Calais. From there you will continue on until you reach Ostend. After checking in to your hotel there will be some free time to enjoy the seaside town before heading to Diksmuide for the beer festival. After a great night's sleep you will enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. You will make a short journey to Bruges and have plenty of time to explore the city before heading back to Calais to board the return ferry. You will arrive back in London that night at approximately 22.30.
