Boeing 737 Flight Simulator – 45 minute flight

The two of you can now take control of your own airline jet in this simulated flight of a Boeing 737. You’ll gain a real sense of what it takes to be a pilot and experience what they would go through whilst in control of a commercial flight. During your session an experienced pilot will aid you both in the big take off then show you how to handle the machine in it’s simulated flight. Your instructor may be a holder of a private pilot license or perhaps a commercial pilot taking a well deserved break from the real world of airline transport. They will explain all procedures throughout and you should gain a good understanding of how the jets are controlled. You will be able to choose which airport your plane departs from as the database holds more than 24 000 computer generated locations. You will have plenty of time to take in the virtual sights of your chosen flight route and your instructor will be with you all the way. Then it’s time for you to carry out the eagerly anticipated landing and back to reality.

Your flight will start with a briefing given by one of the experienced instructors and then it’s time for you to take your place in the Captain's seat of a marvellous 737. You will be guided through the plane’s take-off climb to an altitude of 39 000 feet and then spend some valuable time in the air taking in the scenery of your chosen flight route and learning about what it takes to be a pilot. Your instructor will let you know when it is time to land and will guide you through this step by step. This experience will give you a true sense of all major manoeuvres of a commercial flight. You line up at the runway push forward the throttles and speed along the runway for a perfect take off. At the end of your flight you will be able to take a photograph or two to commemorate your experience and you will also receive your own flight certificate.
