On arrival at the Great Western Arcade you will find the At One Day Spa tucked away through a small reception area and up some stairs. You’ll enter at the mezzanine level away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre to the tranquil relaxation lounge where you’ll enjoy a soft drink while listening to music and breathing in the de-stressing aromatherapy oils that burn throughout the day. You will be asked to complete a short client questionnaire before your friendly and professional therapist takes you through to one of the treatment rooms. Your treatment begins with exfoliation and preparation followed by the wrap of thermal active bandages to allow the exotic treatment paste to fully penetrate the skin. You will also be asked to shower after the treatment and following this will be left to dress before returning to the lounge where you are welcome to sit and relax with a drink and magazine until you feel ready to face the world again.
