Spend an evening improving your wine knowledge. Learn which wine goes with your favourite foods. There are four different tastings to choose from so whether it’s spicy food chocolate or cheese you’ll be able to discover the perfect wine to accompany them. If you don’t have a particular food you wish to learn to match wine to there is the General Foods and Wine matching workshop that you can choose. You will sample up to eight different wines and pair them with four samples of food. This is a fantastic way to impress your friends and family with your new found knowledge or just to make you more confident when you make a trip to the wine aisle in your local supermarket. The Matching Food and Wine Workshop will set you up for dinner parties and give you the know-how to help you choose a wine to suit your dish the next time you visit a restaurant.

When you arrive at the venue you will meet your group and the wine specialist who will be tutoring you. You'll enjoy taking part in a two hour workshop where you will sample up to eight different types of wine with four different samples of food depending on which course you choose. You will discuss how to choose wine from a restaurant list and how to choose the best wine for a dinner party. Water and biscuits will be provided for you to cleanse your palate between tastings.
