You will undertake 6 hours of intense exercise in a fun program designed to boost your metabolism and drive you towards a healthier and more active lifestyle. This is a great way to get fit with a friend and spend the whole day working up a sweat in one of two beautiful parks near London. The New You Boot Camp is run by fully qualified instructors who are ex or serving members of the armed forces. As part of a group of all levels from complete beginners through to the more advanced they will put you through your paces to help you achieve your individual goals. Enjoy army based drills such as scramble net obstacle courses and exciting exercises such as boxing and body pump. This fantastic fitness day boot camp is open to all who want to make big lifestyle changes.
When you arrive at your chosen park in Richmond or Finsbury you will meet your group and your instructor. You will enjoy six hours of exercise activities based on the key principals of the New You Boot Camp. You will enjoy things like Parade Section Attacks Command Tasks Battle PT Leopard Crawling Log Runs Body Pump Boxing Skipping Team Games Scramble Net Obstacle Courses and Circuit Training. You will need to take your own refreshments for the day; however training advice will be given to help you continue with your new regime after you have left the New You Boot Camp.
