For those with a passion for wine this workshop is ideal. Learn about the wines of the world in this advanced workshop perfect for those already familiar with wine or have done a beginners course. You’ll enjoy five hours of tutoring with samples of 14 high-quality wines during the day. The Wines of the World Workshop will explore the different styles of wine and how it is made. It will fill you with knowledge on vintages winemaking trends and what to look for when purchasing wines. Discover how the soil and climate can affect the grape and shape the flavour of the wine. You will get to taste 14 different wines from classic wine regions of Europe Australia New Zealand South Africa and the Americas with water and biscuits to cleanse your palate. It will be a fun informative day for the wine enthusiast in you.

When you arrive at the venue you will meet your group and your wine specialist who will be with you for the duration of the day. Your six hour course will include five hours of tutoring and one hour for lunch. Lunch is not included but can be purchased from the hotel restaurant. Over the course of the day you will sample 14 different high-quality wines and learn to detect a fine wine. You’ll enjoy discovering new tastes and learning all about the different styles grape varieties and wine regions across the world.
